3. Click on the button with the text Connect. As shown in the picture.

4. After the above action, the app will redirect you to choose your google account.

5. After you have chosen your Google account. You will be redirected to a page to accept all necessary permissions. It should be noted that you must choose all the necessary permissions that mightychat asks for. If you do not choose all the permissions, errors may occur during the training of your chatbot.

6. After having approved the permits. The app will redirect you to Mightychat on the Account page. To verify that the connection was successful, redirect to the Connections section at the bottom of the Account page and you should see it as shown in the image below.

7. Now enter the page to create a chatbot. When you are on this page, select Google docs as your data source. Then click on the button with the text Add more.

8. You can train your chatbot with information from documents and spreadsheets. You just have to choose the type of information you want to use. In spreadsheets you must add the link and the name of your sheet and in documents you must only enter the link of your document. After entering the values, click on Verify links and wait for the verification to finish and then click on Create chatbot.

If you don’t know where to find the values that are requested. In the case of spreadsheets, you must open your spreadsheet in your browser and take the link in the search bar and at the bottom right you will find the name of your sheet, as shown in the following image.

In the case of documents, you must open your document in your browser and take the link in the search bar, as shown in the following image.

3. Click on the button with the text Connect. As shown in the picture.

4. After the above action, the application will redirect you to your Zoho books account to approve the necessary permissions on the Mightychat connection. Click on the button with the text “Accept”, “Aceptar” or “Approve”.

5. After having approved the permits. The app will redirect you to Mightychat on the Account page. To verify that the connection was successful, redirect to the Connections section at the bottom of the Account page and you should see it as shown in the image below.

6. Now enter the page to create a chatbot. When you are on this page, select Zoho books as your data source. Then enter your Organization ID and choose the modules. Then click on the button with the text Verify organization. Wait for the organization to finish verifying and as a last step, click the Create chatbot button.

If you don’t know where to find your “Organization ID“, log into your Zoho books account and click on the top right where your company logo is located and a section will appear with your account information, there you can obtain your “Organization ID“. You can use the following image as a reference.

2. Choose Q&A as your data source. Then click the Add button to add a record.

3. Enter your question and then the answer.

4. (Optional) If you want to add more questions and answers, click the Add button.

3. Enter the url of your website in the Crawl field and click the Fetch links button.

4. Wait for the progress bar to finish loading all the links on your website.

6. After you have approved the permissions. The application will redirect you to Mightychat on the Account page. To verify that the connection was successful, redirect to the Connections section at the bottom of the Account page and your store’s domain should appear as shown in the image below.

7. Now enter the page to create a chatbot or an AI agent. When you are on this page, select WooCommerce. Then enable Woocomerce as Data source, choose a store and the modules. As a last step, click on the Create button.

These would be all the steps to connect your WooCommerce store with your chatbot or AI agent.

3. On this page click on the button with the text “Share” as shown in the following image.

4. A new window will be displayed after clicking. At the bottom of the window is the iframe to add to your website. Click the button to copy the iframe to the clipboard, as shown in the following image.

5. Go to your website and log in to access the wordpress admin.

6. Once you log in to your WordPress account, go to the “pages” section. As shown in the following image.

7. Now you must select the page where you want to add your chatbot or AI agent. In this example we will select the “Home page” page.

8. Then a page like the following image will be displayed. Once on this page we click on the right side button and in the search bar we add the following text: “Custom HTML”. When entering the search the option will be displayed: “Custom HTML”, we click on this option.

9. After we click on the “Custom HTML” option. A field will be displayed for us to add the iframe that we copied from Mightychat. Finally, we click on the button with the text “Update” located in the upper left part, to save the changes.

10. Now enter the page where you inserted your chatbot or AI agent, to verify that your chatbot is displayed and works correctly.

Step 1. Create and prepare your Zobot

On your SalesIQ dashboard, click con “Config” and then click on “Zobot”

If you don’t have any Zobot created yet, you will see the following screen, click on “Add”

Or if you have existing Zobot(s), you will see a screen like this. Click on “Add”

Set a name for your Zobot, choose Third-party platforms, select Webhook, and click on Next.

Set a description for your bot, choose the brand you want, select the departments you desire, choose the channels you prefer, and set the working hours for Zobott (it is recommended to set the working hours to 24/7, selecting all the ticks as shown in the image).

Configure the audience settings for your Zobot. This is the recommended configuration, but you are free to choose the one that best fits your needs.

Connect your Zobot to our server, entering this URL and click on Create Bot

Disable the “Secure your webhook” option as shown in the image. The bot will send you the following message: “MightyChat Message: This Zobot is not integrated with MightyChat yet.”. Then, click on “Publish”.

At this point, you can close the SalesIQ tab and continue with Step 2.

Step 2. Connect your Zobot to MightyChat

On your MightyChat Agent dashboard, click on Integrations, then click on Zoho SalesIQ

If you have never linked your MightyChat account with your Zoho account, a Zoho Authorization prompt will be displayed, click on Accept. If you have already linked these accounts, you will be redirected to the Portal Selection section without requiring Zoho Authorization.

IMPORTANT: You can only link one Zoho account to your MightyChat account.

Once MightyChat gets Zoho authorization, you can continue with integration process. Select the portal to which your Zobot belongs and click Next.

Then select the Zobot you prepared in the Step 1 and click Next

If everything is ok, you will get a Successful Integration message like this:

Congratulations! Your Zobot is now connected to your MightyChat Agent.

Additional: Remove default pre-chat on your Zobot

By default, the Brand that hosts your Zobot is configured to do some pre-chat to get information from the user. This might be something you don’t want to happen. Here’s how to deactivate it:
